2月6日上午，公司年度项目经理培训班在线举行开班仪式。来自公司总部、项目部、各分子公司的67名学员参加此次培训，公司副总经理张力出席仪式并致辞。
张力在开班仪式中指出，随着公司转型发展和“二五”战略规划的逐步落地，公司的业务领域不断拓展，对项目经理的能力提出了更高要求。项目经理作为项目部第一责任人，是项目成功策划和执行的关键，必须熟悉项目管理知识体系，具有良好的职业道德，熟练运用项目的内外部资源，实现各项预期指标，达成高质量项目履约。
围绕本次培训，张力对参训学员提出三点具体要求：一是要把本次培训作为一次能力提升、学习交流的机会，及时补充工作所需的知识和技能，始终成为公司项目管理一线的领跑人。二是要在学习过程中紧密结合工作实际，勤学多思、学用贯通，运用科学手段分析、解决项目实际问题，积极探索项目管理新思路。三是要以这次培训为新的起点，进一步增强学习意识、提高学习能力，做一名学习型、综合性型的项目经理，带领项目员工优质高效开展履约，全面提升项目管理水平，为推动公司高质量发展作出更大贡献。
本次项目经理培训共计5天，全程采用线上直播方式开展，培训内容涵盖新形势下EPC工程总承包模式发展、EPC项目策划管理、项目信息化应用、项目团队管理、项目经理领导力提升等专业管理知识。为保障培训成效，项目管理部联合人力资源部精心策划，从“进课堂”“学习中”“学得会”“出成果”四个阶段严格把控培训过程，通过建立线上班级及小组群、引进积分竞争制、阶段学习督促等手段促进培训效果提升。
