项目管理起源于西方，在曼哈顿计划、登月工程中逐步成熟为一门学科，其管理体系非常完善，包括知识体系（PMBOK）、项目经理能力模型（ICB）、组织成熟度模型（OPM3）等，但是在实际工作中又不得不面临“中国的人性与文化”。缺乏中西结合的项目管理知识和思维，会给我们的工作带来不少难题：

如何将西方的工具模板结合中国的人性管理是一个有趣又有益的主题。

本课程核心理念主要介绍西式项目管理的价值、涉及的管理知识的十大领域与多种约束、项目的组织结构特点、如何评价项目管理的成熟度等问题，同时还对干系人的分析工具、WBS、RAM、变更等重要内容做了介绍。
